Whenever possible, we offer flat-rate fees for common legal services, and when flat rates aren’t feasible, we clearly outline our hourly billing structure, expected ranges, and payment milestones up front. This approach helps eliminate surprises and allows clients to plan with confidence.

Transparent Pricing
Initial Consultation
Our firm offers an initial consultation to assess your legal needs, answer preliminary questions, and determine whether we’re the right fit to help. Depending on the nature of the legal matter, the consultation may be complimentary or subject to a flat fee, typically ranging from $200 to $800. In many cases, this fee is credited toward future legal services if you choose to retain our firm.
Outside General Counsel
For clients who prefer predictability in their legal expenses, our firm offers tiered and subscription-based pricing options. These models are ideal for small businesses, landlords, or individuals with recurring legal needs. Subscription packages may include a set number of attorney hours per month, unlimited contract reviews, priority phone access, or annual compliance audits, all for a flat monthly fee. Tiered packages provide clearly defined service bundles (e.g., basic entity formation, trademark application, or estate planning essentials) at fixed price points, helping you budget with confidence and avoid surprise legal bills.​​​​​​

Hourly Rates
For matters that are complex, unpredictable, or open-ended in nature, such as litigation, contract negotiation, or regulatory response, we offer traditional hourly billing. Our hourly rates vary by attorney experience and practice area, with rates typically ranging from $400 to $1600 per hour. Clients receive detailed billing statements reflecting time spent on research, drafting, correspondence, court appearances, and client meetings. This model ensures flexibility and thoroughness, especially for matters requiring nuanced legal strategy or evolving scope.
Contingency
In select cases we may offer representation on a contingency fee basis. This means you pay no upfront legal fees, and our compensation comes as a percentage of the amount we recover on your behalf. If there is no recovery, you owe nothing for attorney time. Typical contingency fees range from 25% to 40%, depending on the complexity of the case and the stage at which it resolves (e.g., settlement vs. trial). This model aligns our interests with yours and makes it possible to pursue justice without the financial barrier of hourly billing or early litigation costs.
